FASTENERS

plastic sheet and extrusions.

Common fasteners include:
• Zinc plated 3/8" UNC elevator bolts
• UHMWPE capped 1/4" UNC elevator bolts for 10mm and 12.7mm thick sheet
• Weld washers for blind fastening
• UHMWPE plug washers for use over weld washers

PLASTIC WELDING
Supply Services Ltd can offer parts and assemblies constructed by plastic welding from materials such as PVC, PP and PE.

Sheet can be welded from 3mm up to 50mm thick to form tanks, fume cupboards, fans and more...

Plastic welding is particularly valuable in material handling applications such as UHMWPE hopper linings, where welded seams or corner joints will guarantee no build up of material under the liner.
