Hammerhead Systems

CAN-AM Hammerhead Waste Water Systems feature 2-piece, 720 polymer chain & pin products, along with the NH78 drive chain, polymer sprockets, aluminium flights, 2500 series bearings and UHMW-PE wear plate makes the CAN-AM system one of the most unique available on the market today.

720S Chain

CAN-AM 720S sewerage treatment chains are manufactured from modified Nylon. The side bars ribs have been reinforced & thickened to increase torsional & tensile strengths. Chain pins manufactured from Acetal that does not absorb water thus preventing swelling between pin & chain link, reducing chain binding.

NH78

CAN-AM NH78 sewerage treatment drive chains are manufactured from an Acetal polymer that does not absorb water & comes with stainless steel pins. The chains pull force makes it one of the strongest plastic 78 chains on the market today.

Nylon Sprockets

Hammerhead Nylon sprockets are manufactured from abrasion resistant cast Nylon. Corrosion resistant, light weight & with built-in lubricity result in reduced maintenance costs and chain wear.

Aluminium Flytes

Hammerhead aluminium flytes are a light-weight cost effective alternative to FRP & wood commonly used in clarifiers. Highly corrosion resistant & 100% recyclable. Eliminate the need for additional filler blocks due to the slotted mounting face.
