We use the world’s leading portable coordinate measuring machine (CMM) by Faro to easily capture precise measurements on the shop floor or in the field, with high accuracy.
It’s the ideal tool for inspection and quality control, rapid prototyping, reverse engineering, 3D modelling and scan to CAD.
We use it to hard probe or for contactless 3D laser scanning techniques to digitise your component and reverse engineer it.
Our nationwide CNC machine shops can then make the parts from one of our many high-quality engineering materials.
Here is one example of some reverse engineering we did for a pulp and paper mill in New Zealand.
