CAN-AM AQUA-Proof SBR roller chain is the perfect choice where corrosion resistance and high strength is needed.
CAN-AM AQUA-Proof SBR roller chains are dimensionally identical to standard BS and ANSI roller chains. However, they feature a specialised dual coating that provides superior rust protection. This advanced coating makes them significantly more corrosion-resistant when compared to nickel or zinc-plated chains, all the while maintaining the same tensile strength as standard carbon steel chain. The dual coating also provides a secondary purpose of reducing friction between the components of the chain. This can help reduce overall wear and extend the life of your chain.

CAN-AM AQUA-Proof SBR roller chain is suitable in multiple different applications such as sea water environments, washdown equipment, farming equipment and other outdoors applications.
Due to the anti-rust coating AQUA-Proof chain is not suitable for applications where the chain may contact food. In this instance it is recommended that you use stainless steel roller chain.
CAN-AM AQUA-Proof SBR chain will run on standard roller chain sprockets stocked by Supply Services.
