2.609″ Pitch Polymer Sprockets
​2.609" pitch polymer plastic sprockets are manufactured from super tough 75D polyurethane to enhance load capabilities & wear resistance. Available in split type configuration for ease of installation, these polymer plastic sprockets are lightweight, long lasting , quiet & half the cost of a split steel sprocket. A range of tooth counts & accessories are available.

Quality Materials
​Our 2.609″ pitch polymer sprockets are manufactured from high performance, super strong Northane 75D polyurethane​ that offers self-lubricating properties. The replaceable & interchangeable idler bearing inserts are also self-lubricating & are manufactured from high performance molybdenum disulfide & graphite filled 75DM polyurethane.
Save Money & Time
Split type sprockets save both money & time. They are lower cost than the equivalent split metal sprocket & dramatically reduce the time required for installation or replacement. No longer do you need to take the shaft assembly to pieces to fit a sprocket. Four simple fastener assemblies hold the sprocket in place.
Metal Sprocket Replacement
​In some cases (application dependent) our polymer sprockets manufactured from Northane 75D polyurethane outlast metal sprockets. They are light weight (1/6 weight of steel), long lasting, do not rust & offer far quieter operation. These sprockets do not require lubrication although two grease nipples are optional.
Keyed ​Drive Hub Inserts ​
Our range of drive hub inserts are replaceable, interchangeable​ & suit a variety of shaft sizes with different key sizes. Manufactured from zinc-aluminium alloy​ which offers far greater wear-ability than traditional 660 bronze bushes at reduced costs. Keyed Drive inserts suit shaft sizes 50mm, 60mm, 1 7/16″, 1 15/16″, 2 3/16″, 2 7/16″ & 2 15/16″.
Idler Inserts
​For the tail end, we have a range of idler inserts manufactured from self-lubricating bearing grade 75DM polyurethane filled with molybdenum disulphide​ & graphite. Our range of idler inserts suit shaft sizes in 50mm, 60mm , 1 15/16″ & 2 7/16″.
