Tristar CJ & FCJ Bearings

Tristar CJ & FCJ Bearings

CJ bearings are designed to replace bronze and steel while performing well in wet and corrosive environments. They have a load-carrying capacity similar to bronze and sintered metal, providing extended wear without lubrication. CJ and FCJ bearings support heavy loads, accommodate moderate shaft misalignment, and offer good shock absorption. They are used in marine, material handling, agriculture, construction, automotive, industrial, and railway applications.

Features

CJ bearings

CJ composites are the perfect bearing solution for high-load, low-speed applications involving hardened shafts and no lubrication. These bearings offer exceptional resistance to impact, shock loads and can handle significant shaft misalignment.

FCJ bearings

FCJ bearings are the ideal choice for applications involving a combination of motion; oscillation, linear, and rotary movements. FCJ’s perform reliably against mild steel or stainless-steel shafts. FCJ’s bearings are well suited for marine environments.

Applications

Use CJ’s when you require: high load with low speeds, electrical insulation, resistance to chemical, galvanic, and fretting corrosion.

Use FCJ’s when you require: medium loads with medium speeds, very low friction, electrical and galvanic isolation and use non-hardened shafts.
