Lightweight PP
Lightweight PP sheet is a closed-cell foamed co-polymer polypropylene with a very low density of 0.65 g/cm³, making it approximately 30% lighter than comparable solid sheets. Its lightweight nature allows for easy handling and significantly contributes to overall weight reduction in constructions made from Lightweight PP.

Durable
Lightweight PP sheet has a grained surface finish on both sides giving good scratch resistance and ensuring long service life with a high-quality appearance. It will not absorb moisture, swell or rot and is easy to keep clean.
Customisable
Lightweight PP sheets can be machined using conventional wood and aluminum grade cutting tools. The sheet is easy to screw and rivet. Its closed-cell foam core prevents moisture penetration.
Applications
Great for visually appealing wall lining applications such as horse floats, trailers, vehicle construction, utility trays, agriculture industry, marine construction and vessels, bench tops, and plywood replacement.
