PSU Plastic
PSU plastic (polysulfone) is a translucent light brown un-reinforced thermoplastic offering high mechanical strength, good creep resistance & high dimensional stability across a range of service temperatures (-50°C/+160°C). Very good resistance to hydrolysis which makes TECASON S PSU plastic suitable for repetitive steam sterilisation such as autoclave environments.

Polycarbonate Replacement
TECASON S PSU is an excellent replacement for polycarbonate when you require higher service temperatures, increased chemical resistance or you need your component to operate in a steam environment such as an autoclave.
Applications
Widely used in industries where repeated cleaning & sterlisation is required making it the perfect material for autoclave environments. Commonly used for connectors, high frequency insulators, lamp sockets, antenna sockets, oil level indicators, microwave dishes, valve spools, flanges, pump cases & inspection windows.
